The Future of Wrestling

In June of 2000, a small town wrestling promotion known as The Future of Wrestling (TFW) began in Tupelo, MS. It became quite well known in the area and began to attract local wrestling talent and developed a fan base of Tupelo area residents.

In July of 2011, this promotion was purchased by wrestling promoter, Kristine Ferguson, a 16 year veteran of the professional wrestling industry. Many changes are already underway within TFW to allow its transformation into the most innovative, family oriented promotion in the South.

Many special events are ongoing within the promotion including their recent participation in the Butterflies for Brandi program to raise funds and necessary items for those children battling cancer.

Promoter Kristine Ferguson, along with her husband, professional wrestler, Lacy Ferguson have a combined 37 years experience in the wrestling industry across the United States and that experience led them to investing in TFW in their own hometown and transforming it into a place where entire families could safely enjoy quality entertainment and still maintain family values.

It is also their opportunity to give back, not only to the wrestling fans, but to the community as well.
