The museum exhibit contains an old time creamery where patrons participate in preparing: a cow for milking, milking by hand or machine, and pasteurizing for a finished product.

Through their bi-lingual demonstrations they show that agriculture has no barriers. Kids get hands-on experiences with the process of making butter and ice cream using historic tools and machines in these processes, and they learn the concept of “Home Made” just the way grandma used to do it

Hampbone Express Pig Races
Showtimes Everday at 3pm, 5pm, 7pm & 9pm

3 or 4 times a day these world famous pigs will tear up the track as the crowd cheers. This is not to be confused with Churchill Downs. The pigs are somewhat smaller than horses and a lot funnier. Next door, they have pony rides, a 100 animal petting zoo, and a giant pig. Hambone Express will entertain young and old.

Watch out--Charlie Chaplin is BACK! Charlie will be roaming and interacting all over the fair grounds with puppets, pantomime and tom-foolery--as well as statue art! Patricia Carreras' Statue and Solo Mime Acts have been seen all over the United States. This past summer, her Charlie Chaplin Mime came alive for tens of thousands of visitors at the Anchorage Street Fair in AK. People everywhere are always mesmerized at Carreras' ability to not only personify this cinematic icon with hilarious antics and puppetry, but are also astounded at her statue-like ability to hold a pose. Performing all over the fair you too may ask--Is it real--Or is it Charlie? Carreras will be happy to show you a few Mime Illusions as Charlie if you can bring him to life..!

Sealion Splash Show

Showtime! Surfer Joe, trainer and host of the show, takes you through a thirty-minute spell binding show where he brings out the natural comedic behavior of these animals. These behaviors include in and out of water actions, balancing, catching and retrieving objects, handstands, dancing, singing and interaction with the audience. The show is geared around educating the audience on the habits and nature of the sea lions with a lot of comedy thrown in. Sea lions are natural performers and will ad lib without prompting, stealing the show with their cute mischief. The finale of the show provides the audience a magical moment with a close sea lion encounter. Whether Showtime or not, sea lions will continuously provide entertainment by being their natural selves.
